摘要
目的建立萜类物质(Y211)中残留溶剂甲醇和石油醚的顶空气相色谱测定方法。方法采用DB-624毛细管色谱柱,程序升温,氢火焰离子化检测器,顶空温度100℃。选用DMF为溶剂。结果各待测组分完全分离,线性关系良好,精密度RSD%0.79%~1.29%,检测限0.060~0.12μg/mL,回收率均大于85%。结论此法操作简单灵敏,结果准确可靠,可用于Y211中残留溶剂检测。
Objective To establish a method for detecting the residual methanol and petroleumether in Y211 by headspace capillary gas chromatography. Methods The determination was carried out on a DB-624 capillary column with sequential increase of temperature programming and FID detector. The headspace temperature was set at 100℃and the solvent was DMF. Results The organic residuals were completely separated. There was good linearity in the experimental concentration. The RSD of precision were 0.79%-1.29%, and the detection limits were in the range of 0,21-1.231.tg/mL. The recoveries were above 85%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It could be used for detection of the residual solvents of Y211.
