摘要 合理地进行城市燃气管道风险评估对于燃气企业的安全生产及科学管理具有重要的意义。基于模糊数学理论建立天然气管道多级模糊综合评估模型,通过在统一的风险评估指标体系下获取的管道风险指数,建立与模糊风险等级相匹配的关系,并利用GIS技术对管道风险结果进行可视化表达。试验结果表明多级模糊评估模型与GIS技术应用于管道风险评估,能够为风险预警及事故应急预案编制提供科学决策依据。 To evaluate the urban burning gas pipe-line risk reasonably is of great significance for the safety of production and scientific management in gas industries. The multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mode of natural gas pipe-line is established based on theory of fuzzy data. Correlation that matches with fuzzy risk level is made by getting the risk index of gas pipe-line under the unified risk evaluation index system, and GIS technology is adopted to visualize the results. The results of experiment show that the multi-level fuzzy evaluation mode and GIS technology applying to risk evaluation can provide certain support for scientific decision for risk warning and programming in emergency plan of accidents.
