摘要
结合某石化公司160万t/a催化裂化装置检修改造工程施工计划编制实践,介绍了将CPM和PERT两种网络计划方法相结合,在CPM框架下应用PERT计划评审技术对施工进度计划进行优化的做法,有效地实现了消减成本的目标。
In the practice of the overhaul reformation plan compilation for a 160 000 t/a catalytic cracking facilities at a petrochemical company, the CPM and PERT network planning evaluation techniques are combined, and PERT network planning evaluation technique based on CPM is used to optimize the construction schedule. The object of reducing project cost is realized effectively.
