摘要
从调整频率最高的企业管理结构、项目运营方式两方面入手,通过对不同管理结构、不同项目运营方式下企业管理模式的适用优劣分析,得出管理模式选择与变化只是外在的东西,决定企业生存发展质量的内因性要素还在于企业管理思维转换及内控体系建设的结论。
From the management structure of enterprises, whose frequency regulation is the highest, and ways of the project operation, as well as the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises＇ management system under different management structure and various operation ways, it concludes that the choices and changes of the management system are external, while the internal factors determining the living, developing, and quality capacities are the paradigm shift of enterprises＇ management and the establishment of the internal control system.
