摘要
采用参与式农村评估方法对云南省玉溪市红塔区两个典型村239户农户进行随机调查,探讨农户对农业耕作的意识及其耕地流转意愿。结果表明:50%以上农户认为农业比较收益相对低于外出务工;为获得更高收益,大部分青年男子选择外出务工,导致农业日常耕作活动"老、弱、小"化比较明显。农户从事农业耕作的首要目的为获得食物,其次为获得经济收入。对于耕地暂时流转,绝大部分农户(70.3%)愿意暂时转出,但只有少数农户(39.8%)愿意暂时转入,转出与转入意愿不协调;对于耕地永久流转,农户转出或转入耕地的意愿均明显低于暂时流转。
Through participatory rural appraisal （PRA）, a random survey was conducted of 239 farmers from 2 typical villages in Hongta District, Yuxi City, Yunnan Province, probing into the peasants＇ awareness of farming and their willingness for farmland circulation. The results indicate that more than 50% of the peasants believe that less benefit is acquired from farming than from non-agricultural employment. In order to get higher benefit, most of the young men have chosen to go and work away from their hometown, which has led to the phenomenon of daily farming activities being done by the old, the weak, and the young. The primary purpose of farming is to gain food, then to obtain economic income. Most farmers （70.3 % ） are willing to temporarily circulate the land out, but only a few farmers （39.8%） are willing to temporarily circulate in, the two kinds of willingness not in agreement. As for the permanent circulation of farmland, peasants＇ willingness either to circulate out or in is significantly lower than that for the temporary circulation.
