摘要
运用文献研究、对比分析等方法,对当前中美两国体育志愿者发展概况、管理模式、培训模式与奖励机制等进行对比分析,旨在找出我国体育志愿者培养体系中存在的不足,提出建设性意见,促进我国体育志愿者培养体系整体水平的进一步提高。
By using methods of literature and comparative analysis, This paper analysizes and makes a comparison of the developments, managements, training conditions and reward mechanisms of the Sino - American Sports volun- teers, in order to find out the shortcomings existing in our sports volunteer systems, put forward constructive sugges- tions, and further improve the Chinese sports volunteers＇ cultivation system.
