书院是中国古代的一种独特的教育组织。传统书院倡导个性自由,重视学术创新,强调人文情怀,为现代大学文化创新提供了许多启迪和参考。基于书院制建设的现代大学文化创新具有引领的作用,传承传统书院文化,实现现代大学文化创新,是中国大学的文化使命,有助于培育具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才的。
The academy is a unique ancient Chinese education organization. Traditional academy advocates individual character freedom, pays great attention to academic innovation, emphasizes the humanity feelings, and provides a lot of inspiration and reference for modern university cultural innovation.
