摘要
党的十八大对小康社会的概念作了进一步的阐释,将"全面建设小康社会"变为"全面建成小康社会"。如期实现这一目标,任务十分艰巨。借鉴韩国、新加坡、德国与澳大利亚等发达国家的经验发展职业教育是推动经济社会发展的重要手段。发展职业教育,可以提高公民的就业能力,提高公民的生活质量,加快全面建成小康社会的步伐。
The 18th CPC National Congress made further exploration to the concept of a welboff society, which changed ＂building a well-off society in all respects＂ into ＂completing the building a well-off society in all respects＂. The task to accomplish the objective as planned is very difficult. Drawing lessons from the developed countries such as Korea, Singapore, Germany and Australia, de- veloping the vocational education is an important measure to promote the social and economic development. Developing the vocational education will improve the citizens＂ employment ability and their life quality, which will accelerate the pace to complete the building of a well-off society in all respects.
