运用信息论知识 ,从信息传递的角度 ,研究了控制代理制中的串谋问题的措施 ,并提出了防范国有企业串谋行为的措施和途径 .
The information theory was applied to study a control methods to collusion behavior,and then some methods and paths controlling the collusion behavior in the state owned enterprise were provided.
