摘要
在资本运营中信息十分重要,它在很大程度上决定了资本运营的成败。而信息不对称问题又是资本运营中信息问题的关键,因而,解决信息不对称条件下资本运营过程中信息问题也就成为了资本运营成功与否的关键。由信息不对称而引起的信誉约束、逆向选择与道德陷阱等问题在资本运营中显得特别突出。所以,以信息不对称为中心来探讨资本运营过程中的信息问题,这既是现代金融经济学尤其是现代企业投融资理论的一个发展方向,也是信息经济学在金融经济学中的实践应用。
In capital business, the information is very important, and to a great extent, it decides the success and fail of capital business. The problem of information asymmetry is the key of information problem in capital business, and so, resolves information problem in capital business at information asymmetry become the key of capital business success or not. The problems of credit constraint, converse select and moral trap caused by information asymmetry are very prominent in capital business, so, put the information asymmetry as heart of researching the information problem in capital business either the one of the development directions at modem financial economics especially modem enterprise investing and financing theory or the application of information economics in financial economics.
