摘要
在我国当前积极推进义务教育均衡发展和基础教育改革的大背景下,实现高职高专初等教育专业人才培养模式改革,对推动我国初等教育的职前培养意义重大。高职高专初等教育专业人才培养模式改革应积极构建以综合培养为原则的课程体系,创新以能力提高为抓手的实践教学,建立以校企合作为纽带的育人环境,培养以"一专多能"为目标的小学师资。
Reforming educational talent training mode in Higher Vocational Education is of vital importance under the background of the balanced development and reform of compulsory education. The following are the steps to be taken ： the building of holistic - based curriculum system ; the innovation of practice teaching; creating educational environment based on school - enterprise coooeration and cultivating multi - skilled orimarv school teachers.
