摘要
当前,县域内城乡义务教育均衡发展改革面临资源约束、制度壁垒和环境限制等诸多困境。只有通过不同层面的制度变革,加大对农村教育的人力和物力投入,才能逐步缩小城乡教育差距,实现县域内城乡义务教育的均衡发展。
At present, the reform of balanced development of compulsory education between urban and rural area in the county faces many difficulties, such as resource constraints, institutional barriers, and environmental constraints. In order to gradually narrow the urban-rural gap in education and realize the balanced development of compulsory education in the county, we should implement the institutional change and increase human and material resources to rural education.
