摘要
信息化和社会管理创新的加强给基层公安机关的情报工作带来了新的发展契机。基层公安机关情报工作的工作体系兼顾公安情报工作自身的价值特性和基层公安工作的价值取向,形成了特有的基层公安机关情报工作体系的功能,包括精确打击、高效防范和服务为本。基层公安机关情报工作体系是指在基层警务工作范围内,按照一定的秩序和内部联系组合而成的整体架构,分为四大模块,包括基层民警模块、基层科所队模块、基层情报中心模块和基层情报人员模块。
The informationization and social management innovation has brought chances of development to the information work of the police departments at basic level. The system of the work involves both its own characteris- tics in value and the value orientation of the policing at basic level. It has formed special functions including accu- rate attack, effective prevention and service first. The information system of the police departments at basic level re- fers to the general frame formed according to a certain order and inner relation in the range of the policing at basic level. It includes four modules： the police at basic level; the section, station and team at basic level; the informa- tion center at basic level; the information personnel at basic level.
