摘要
城镇居民区公安情报信息管理事关公安工作的基础建设,应当进行全面深入研究和系统建设。从管理系统上进行分类与优化,有利于提高管理的针对性、有效性和科学性。居民素质和居民关系,以及居民区安全管理质量和治安环境是与公安情报信息工作相关性最大的四个因素。对根据四个因素分类的居民区进行组织警力、管理结构、工作考核和警务保障等管理系统的优化,能够明显提高工作质量和效率。
The urban neighborhoods public security intelligence information management is related to the infrastructure work of public security, and so a comprehensive and in-depth research and system construction should be conducted. Classification and optimization of the management system will help improve the focalization and effectiveness of management. The quality of residents and resident relations, as well as neighborhoods safety management quality and security environment are the four factors related to the work of the public security inte//igence. According to the four factors, we can classify the neighborhoods and optimize the organization of police, the management structure, the work assessment and the police security management system. As a result, the quality and efficiency of work will be significantly improved.
