摘要
三湾水利枢纽地处中国北方严寒地区,工程2009年开工,目前尚在施工期。2011年10月发现闸墩混凝土存在裂缝,部分裂缝已贯穿整个闸墩。文章从原型监测资料着手,通过详细计算与对比分析,探讨了泄洪闸墩混凝土开裂的原因。分析认为,施工期闸墩温度大幅度升降是造成混凝土开裂的主要原因,北方严寒地区夏季浇筑混凝土应采取有效的温控措施。
Dandong Sanwan water control project located in the cold area of north China. This project started in 2009, and is presently in the period of construction. It had been found that there were cracks in concrete gate pier in Oct, 2011, some of them run through the entire gate pier. In this paper, the prototype monitoring data were calculated and compared to discuss the cause of the cracks. The analysis results show that the main reason to cause the cracks is large amplitude of concrete temperature. In the cold area of north China, the effective temperature control measure must be taken in summer during the concreting.
