摘要
希腊神话是古希腊人思想与生活的反映,是原始信仰的产物。人文取向的彰显是其最突出的特点。虽然距今已有几千年的历史,但作为世界艺术宝库的瑰宝,至今仍具魅力,其影响渗透到西方文化的各个角落。它对欧洲文艺复兴时期人文主义思潮及这一时期的文学作品产生过重要影响,为后世作家提供了宝贵素材,丰富了绘画、雕塑的题材,还给西方语言增加了大量的短语和词汇。
Greek mythology reflects the life and thoughts of its ancient people. As a product of the original belief, it is significantly eharaeterised by its emphasis on humanism. Despite the long history, it has an ever-lasting influence, which has penetrated into every aspects of the western culture. It has profoundly affected humanism and literature of the Europeaan Renaissance, provided various valuable materials for the subsequent writers, expanded the creative space for the painters and sculptors as well as enriched the vocabulary and expressions of the western languages.
