摘要
目的:获取更多金礞石炮制前后的结构变化信息,并结合相关实验成果,分析其变化原因及影响,为探究金礞石的炮制原理提供支撑。方法:用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测定金礞石炮制前后的样品,比较两者的红外图谱特征,分析其变化规律。结果:金礞石炮制后,八面体结构羟基吸收峰减弱,部分羟带消失;水峰明显减弱;Si-O振动吸收峰峰宽增加。结论:金礞石炮制后,部分八面体结构羟基脱失,八面体结构遭到破坏,使得其阳离子具有了可交换性;蛭石层间结构中自由水及部分结合水脱失,层间阳离子的可交换性降低;部分四面体结构被破坏,导致四面头片结构的有序性有所降低。金礞石的炮制原理主要在于破坏其矿物结构并改变其中各主要金属离子的可交换性,进而改善其药性药效。
Objective: To obtain more information about structural changes of Lapis Micae Aureus before and after processing, then to analyze the causes of changes and impact by combining with relevant experimental results, which was in order to explore the role of Lapis Micae Aureus's processing. Methods: Comparing the FTIR spectra of Lapis Micae Aureus with those samples after processing to find the difference and to analyze the variation. Results: After the processing, absorption peaks of octahedral hydroxyls weakened and part of them disappeared, peaks of water molecules were significantly weakened, and the peak width of Si-O absorption showed a slight increase. Conclusion: During the processing of Lapis Micae Aureus, parts of octahedral hydroxyls were lost so that the structure of octahedral was destroyed, which made its cations exchangeable. The water molecules, which were part of the interlaminar structure of vermiculit, partly drop away. It caused the reducing of cation-exchange capacity of Lapis Micae Aureus. Furthermore, the FTIR spectra showed that the ordering of tetrahedral structure reduced, which meant that the tetrahedral structure was partly destroyed. The processing roles of Lapis Micae Aureus were the destruction of structure and diversification of exchange capacity of those cations so that the medicine efficacy and efficacy could be improved.
