摘要
目的:探讨山茱萸炮制前后对正常及免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:采用碳粒廓清法研究山茱萸炮制前后水煎液对正常及免疫低下小鼠廓清指数K、吞噬指数α、脾脏指数及胸腺指数的影响。结果:山茱萸炮制前后水煎液对小鼠非特异性免疫功能都有抑制作用,且炮制后作用更强。结论:山茱萸具有免疫抑制作用,可在临床上应用于器官移植术后抗排斥反应,以炮制品为最佳。
Objective：To optimize the effect on the immunologic function of normal and immunodepressed small rats in pre - and post - processed of Comus officinalis. Methods ： Taking clearance rate of charcoal particles index K, swallow index α, spleen index and thymus index as the content index , using clearance rate of charcoal particles to optimize the effect on the normal and immunodepressed smaU rats in pre - and post - processed of Comus officinalis. Results： the effect both are immunedepressive, and post -processed is better. Conclusion：The results display that Comus officinalis can supress immunologic function,which can be used in supressing the rejectiong of organ transplantation in clinlc,and post -processed is better.
