摘要
目的 观察黄芪注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效及安全性。方法 采用随机对照法分为治疗组５６例（男３１例，女２５例；年龄１７～６２岁）和对照组（男３６例，女３２例；年龄１９～５６岁）。治疗组以黄芪注射液２０ｍｌ加入１０％ＧＳ或０．９％ＮＳ２５０ｍｌ中静滴，ｑｄ；对照组以肌苷０．５ｇ加入１０％ＧＳ２５０ｍｌ，ＡＴＰ４０ｍｇ、Ｃｏ－Ａ１００Ｕ加入１０％ＧＳ１００ｍｌ静滴，ｑｄ；疗程均为２～４周。结果
Aim:To observe the efficacy and safety of iv drip of Huangqi in treating virus myocarditis.Methods:patients with virus myocarditis(n=124)were randomly divided into treatment group(M31 F25 age 17 62)and control group(M36 F32 age 19 65).The treatment group was treated with Huangqi 20ml,while the control group was treated with inosine 0 5 ATP 40mg.Co A100 u into 10% Glucose qdx2～4W.Result:Improving clinical manifestation,reducing cardiac arrhythmias and myocardial enzyme were effective in the treatment group.No side effect was noticed.Conclusion:Hangqi is a safe and an effective drug.
