摘要
地方高校在学习型党组织建设过程中,对服务地方新发展是大有作为的,须认真履行一些新职能。首先,做好宣讲师,帮助地方基层党组织建设——解放思想;第二,做规划师,为地方经济社会发展制定科学的战略:出谋划策——提供智力支持;第三,做好传经送宝人,吸取地方鲜活的经验予以研究推广。
If some new functions can be fulfilled, local colleges and universities would be able to serve the new development of local regions better in the process of Constructing the Study-type Party Organizations. First of all, they should act as publicists to help the construction of local basic level party organizations, that is to say --to emancipate the mind. Second, they should play the role as planners, and develop a scientific strategy for the development of local economy and society, that is to say--to provide intellectual support. Third, they should act as Mr.know-how to help to spread local experiences.
