摘要
科研合作日益成为当前科学研究开展的主流方式,如何促进科研合作也成为一个重要的研究命题。对"统一分配"及"自主选择"两种科研管理模式进行比较,发现在完全信息条件下"统一分配"模式更优,而在不完全信息条件下,选择哪种模式取决于信息不对称程度、科研人员研究专长差异以及协调重要性的大小。协调重要性越大、研究专长差异越大,科研管理模式应倾向于"统一分配";信息不对称程度越强,应倾向于"自主选择"。
Scientific cooperation has increasingly become the main strategy in scientific research,and how to promote scientific research cooperation is turned into an important topic.Owing to it,this paper constructs a theoretical model and compares two research management patterns: centralized allocation and autonomous selection.Moreover,this paper identifies that centralized allocation is better than autonomous selection.Under incomplete information,the degree of asymmetric information,the divergence of research specialty and the importance of coordination jointly determine the optimal management pattern.If coordination is more important or if research expertise is more divergent,management pattern should tend to be centralized allocation.And if the degree of asymmetric information is stronger,autonomous selection may be better.
