摘要
目的探索骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)移植对去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠骨密度的影响。方法雌性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组(A组)、模型组(B组)、细胞治疗组(C组)、雷诺昔芬药物治疗组(D组)。通过去卵巢建模成功后,C组通过尾静脉移植BMSCs,D组口服雷诺昔芬抗骨质疏松药物。结果与A组相比,B组腰椎和股骨骨密度均明显降低(P<0.01)。BMSCs治疗后,C组中的骨密度得到明显改善,并与B组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.01),亦优于D组。结论 BMSCs可以有效改善去卵巢大鼠骨质,这为绝经后骨质疏松的治疗提供了一种新的方法,为进一步临床应用提供了实验支持。
Objective To investigate the effect of transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) on bone mineral density in ovariectomized osteoporotic rats. Methods Female SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank control group (group A) , model group (group B) , cell therapy group (group C), and Raloxifene treatment group (group D). The model was established after ovariectomy. Rats in group C received the transplantation of BMSCs via the tail vein. Rats in group D received the oral treatment of anti-osteoporosis drug ( Raloxifene). Results Bone mineral density (BMD) of the lumbar vertebrae and the femur in group B was significantly lower than that in group A ( P 〈 0. 01 ). After BMSCs transplantation, BMD in group C was improved obviously, and there was significant difference comparing with that in group B (P 〈 0.01). And the BMD in group C was higher than that in group D. Conclusion Transplantation of BMSCs can effectively improve the BMD in ovariectomized osteoporotic rats. These results provide a new method for postmenopausal osteoporosis and experimental evidence for further clinical application of BMSCs transplantation.
