摘要
目的 :本文详细阐述了心力衰竭病理生理的最新概念 ,对目前治疗心力衰竭的一些常用药物及疗法进行分析论证 ,并提出了针对性的治疗新方案。方法 :查阅最新国内外文献 ,对心力衰竭的病理生理学机制和临床用药进行分析讨论。结果 :心力衰竭的临床生理病理学机制的研究有 3个方面进展 :①血液动力学异常。②循环内分泌和心脏组织“自分泌”“旁分泌”的激活。③心室重塑。结论 :随着细胞分子心脏病学的发展 ,心力衰竭的病生机制更加明了 ,其中心脏组织的“自分泌”“旁分泌”参与心室重塑的概念引起了国内外学者的高度重视 ,进而提出了在心力衰竭治疗中的抗重塑效应。
Objective:The paper illustrates the newest pathophysiologic notions of heart failure and analyses some present common drugs and treatments in curing heart failure as well as put forward the updated treatment plans.Methods:To read up the updated domestic and international literatures and analyse pathophysiological mechanism of heart failure and clinical therapy Results:There are three aspects of developments on the study of pathophysiologic mechanism of hear failure:①The Abnormal of blood dynamics.②The activation of circulation endocrine,autocvine and paracrine mechanism of heart tissue.③The remodeling of ventricular.Conclusion:With developing of cell molecule cardiology and further studying of pathophysiologic features of heart failure,the notion of autocrine and paraerine of heart tissue taking part in the remodeling of ventricular draw experts' much more attantion both home and abroad.The anti-remodeling therapy is put forward in the treatment of heart failure. [
