卵巢囊性成熟性畸胎瘤恶变1例

摘要 患者女性,60岁。发现盆腔包块月余。CT示中下腹巨大占位伴腹腔积液。实验室检查：CA125 98.3 U/ml,CA19-994.94 U/ml。术中见左卵巢巨大占位,外科行全子宫＋双附件切除术,送冷冻及常规病理检查。病理检查巨检：左附件切除组织,输卵管5 cm×0.5 cm大小,卵巢16 cm×15 cm×7 cm大小,表面光滑,结节状;切面囊实性,灰白、灰黄色,质嫩,局部充满黄色黏稠液,可见较多油脂及毛发（图1）。镜检：成熟性畸胎瘤成分和恶性腺癌成分共存。
