摘要
目的分析局部晚期鼻咽癌患者治疗期间营养状况,探讨营养状况与生活质量的相关性。方法采用调查问卷对136例局部晚期鼻咽癌同期放化疗患者分别在治疗前及治疗第14天、第28天、第42天、第56天、治疗后3、6个月进行营养状况、生活质量评价,并分析营养状况与生活质量之间的相关性。结果患者在治疗期间均发生不同程度的营养不良,且持续到治疗结束后6个月。多因素分析显示,患者的总体健康状况、认知功能、止痛药物、情绪功能、疲劳、腹泻、口干、唾液黏稠、食欲丧失和失眠等因素与营养状况密切相关(P<0.01)。结论局部晚期鼻咽癌同期放化疗患者治疗期间普遍存在不同程度的营养不良,并与生活质量中的多个维度密切相关。
Objective To analyze the nutritional status of patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC）after con- current radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and to determine whether their nutritional status correlates with quality of life. Methods A questionnaire on nutritional status and quality of life was administered to 136 patients with locally advanced NPC who were treated concurrently with radio- and chemotherapy.Data on nutritional status and quality of life were collected before treatment and after treatment on days 14,28,42, and 56,and again at months 3 and 6. The data were analyzed for possible correlations between nutritional status and quality of life. Results There were varying degrees of malnutrition in all 136 patients during treatment, which continued until 6 months after treatment. The results of multivariate analysis showed that nutritional status was closely related to overall health status,cognitive function,pain medications,emotional function,fatigue,diarrhea,dry mouth,saliva viscosity,loss of appetite and insomnia（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusions There were varying degrees of malnutrition in patients with locally advanced NPC treated with concurrent radio-and chemotherapy, and the malnutrition was closely related to several dimensions of quality of life
