摘要
针对造船企业科技管理的流程与过程控制进行探讨。主要针对科技管理中诸如科研项目管理、专利申请、成果鉴定、科技创新和技术进步开展情况等,对其流程和过程控制提出一些建设性建议。
This paper explores the procedure and process control of science and technology management for shipbuilding enterprises. Some constructive measures are put forward, mainly aiming at the development of scientific project management, patent application, achievement appraisal, innovation of science and technology and technology improvement in the science and technology management.
