大型船舶海洋工程项目计划管理一直是项目管理最重要的组成部分,项目计划编制需充分考虑项目自身的特点及其建造流程分工、建造资源等各方面因素,项目进度控制应根据项目类型及项目进展阶段设定的实际可操作的控制测量模型,转化为直观可分析的数学模型,以利于掌握项目进度适时动态,及分析制约项目进展。
The planning management of large marine offshore engineering project has been the most important component of the project management.The planning of project must be fully considered their own characteristics,the construction processes of division,construction resources,and other factors.The project schedule control should be based on project types and actual operational control measurement models set of the project phase,and then translate it into an intuitive mathematical model.This model is conducive to master timely development and restrict process of the project.
