摘要
为了探讨先天性白内障患儿 期植入人工晶体可靠性及视力预后 ,本文分析了 2 0例 (4 0眼 )先天性白内障 期植入人工晶体病例的 2年随访资料。结果显示 : 期手术的视力预后与术前视力及术前的治疗措施密切相关 ,视力预后好 ;术后未发现严重并发症。结论 :
In order to evaluate the safty,visual outcomes and complications of the implantation of secondary intraocular lens in children with congenital cataract.We have had a 2 year follow up for those post operative.The results:The visual acuities of post operation depended on that of pre operative.Visual acuities of post operation of 0 4 or better were attained in 70 00%(28/40 eyes);2 year later visual acuities of 0 4 or Better were attained 85 00%(34/40 eyes).No severe complications had been found.Our conclusion is:the secondary IOL implantation of congenital cataract was safe and effective.
