摘要
目的 探讨白内障超声乳化术中后囊破裂的原因 ,评价术中后囊破裂Ⅰ期后房型人工晶体植入的疗效。方法 对 2 39例 (2 6 4只眼 )施行白内障超声乳化摘除术 ,术中后囊破裂 48例 (5 3只眼 ) ,45例 (5 0只眼 )行Ⅰ期后房型人工晶体植入 ,3例 (3只眼 )改行Ⅰ期前房型人工晶体植入。结果 术后 3mo随访 ,矫正视力 1 0以上者 2 0只眼(37 74% ) ,0 5～ 1 0者 2 6只眼 (49 0 6 ) ,0 5以下者 7只眼 (13 2 1% )。结论 术中后囊破裂的患者 ,利用残留的前后囊膜作为支掌 。
Objective To analyze the cause and treatment of posterior capsular rupture in phacoemulsification and to evaluate the effect of primary posterior chamber intraocular lens (IOL) implantation. Methods Primary posterior chamber IOL implantation on 45 cases (50 eyes) and primary anterior chamber IOL implantation on 3 cases (3 eyes) were performed with posterior capsular rupture occurring in 239 cases (264 eyes). Results The corrected visular acuities in 20 eyes (37.74%) were 1.0 or better and 0.5-1.0 in 26 eyes (49.06) and below 0.5 in 7 eyes (13.21%) after 3 months of operation. Conclusions The posterior chamber IOL can be primary implanted in cases with posterior capsular rupture and functional anterior or posterior capsular support.
