摘要
目的 探讨保存人羊膜移植在眼表疾病中治疗作用。方法 采用保存人羊膜或联合角膜缘上皮移植治疗复杂眼表疾病 ,并进行随访。结果 随访 3～ 2 8月 ,72眼单纯翼状胬肉 ,复发率 8%。化学伤、角膜溃疡均获治愈 ,视力明显提高。结论 该术式能修复角膜缘缺损 ,改善角膜缘基质 ,从而阻止新生血管及假性胬肉生长 ,利于眼表重建。
To discuss the effect of preserved human amnion applied to ocular surface disorders.Methods Applying the transplantation of preserved human amnion or combining with limbal epithelium to the treatment of complicated ocular surface disorder.Results 3～28 months following up for 72 eyes of pterygium,the recurrence rate was 8%.100% cure and vision improvement for chemical burns and corneal ulcer.Conclusion The limbal deficiency could be renovated and the corneal stroma could be improved in this procedure,neovascularization and pseudopterygium can be prevented,so that ocular surface is reconstructed.
