摘要
外周动脉疾病（peripheralarterialdisease，PAD）是指除脑血管和冠状动脉外的周围血管上发生的狭窄和闭塞的动脉粥样硬化性的疾病。在世界范围内，外周动脉疾病的患病率在10％左右，其中，在70岁以上人群中的患病率高达15％～20％。仅在欧洲和北美洲，外周动脉疾病就影响了多达2700万人3。
