摘要
目的 比较原发性闭角型青光眼 (6 3眼 )手术前后的血流动力学变化。方法 应用彩色多普勒显像检测眼动脉、睫状后短动脉搏和视网膜中央动脉的收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期流速并计算其阻力指数。结果 眼动脉、睫状后短动脉和视网膜中央动脉的各项指标术后 1周、1月均存在着变化。结论 青光眼手术治疗能影响视神经的血供 ,改善视神经的微循环。
To compare the hemodynamic changes of the eye before and after the operation in primary angle closed glaucoma (63 cases). Methods Colored Doppler ultrasonograph was used to measure the blood flow of the optic artery,the pulse of the short posterior ciliary arteries,the systolic peek velocity (PSV) and the end diastolic velocity (EDV) of central artery of retina (CRA);and the index of resistance (RI) was calculated and compared. Results The blood flow of the optic artery (OA),the pulse of the short posterior ciliary artery (SPCA),the systolic peak velocity and the end diastolic velocity of central artery of retina(CRA)are accelerated after operation ( P <0 05). Conclusion Operation can greatly improved the microcirculation of the optic nerve.
