摘要
目的：探讨钩针结合地龙汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症（L4-5、血瘀型）的临床疗效。方法：选择门诊符合纳入标准的腰椎间盘突出症（L4-5、血瘀型）患者63例，随机数字表法将其分为治疗组（钩针＋地龙汤）32例及对照组（针灸＋地龙汤）31例进行治疗。所有患者治疗前后均采用腰腿痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS评分）及ToA腰痛疾患疗效评定表分别评分，同时进行疗效评估。结果：治疗组的I临床有效率为96．88％，高于对照组90．32％（P〈0．05）。通过对两组患者治疗后1周VAS评分和70A腰痛疾患总评分进行组内和纽间比较，均P〈0．05，治疗纽在治疗疼痛、改善症状和恢复功能方面明显优于对照组。结论：钩针结合地龙汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症（L4-5、血瘀型）疗效显著。
Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of hooked needle with lumbriei decoction in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation （L4-5、, blood stasis syndrome ）. Methods ： 63 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation （ L4-5、, blood stasis syndrome ）patients, who were in outpatient department of orthopedics in The People＇s Hospital of Fujian Province, were collected for a prospective study. All patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （ hooked needle＋lumhriei decoction ） and the control group （ acupuneture＋lumbriei decoction ）. Signs arid curative effteet were evaluated based on the VAS （ visual simulation Pain score ） and JOA Lumbago disorders curative effete evaluation standard before and after treatement. Results ： After treatment, the clinical effectiveness of the treatment group was 96.88%, which was higher than that（90.32%） in control group （P〈0.05）. Comparing the patients＇ scores in two groups based on the VAS （ visual simulation Pain score ） and JOA Lumbago disorders curative effect evaluation standard one week after treatment, there was significance （P〈0.05）. As for pain relief, symtoms improvement and fimction restoring, the treatment group was obviously better than the control group. Conclusion ： The curative effect of hooked needle with lumbriei decoction in the treatment of lumbar intervertehral disc herniation（ L4-5、, hlnnd stasis syvndrorne ） is distinct and safe.
