摘要
腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar disc herniation,LDH)是临床常见的退行性疾病,其发病率近年来因人类生活模式的变迁及老龄化社会的加剧而显著上升。中医微创疗法集合了生物力学、功能解剖学、疼痛麻醉学、中医针灸学、针刀医学等理论;兼具经络疏通、神经应激、软组织松解、生物整体调节四大机制,在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中具有良好的临床疗效。如其中针刀、钩针、铍针、水针刀等操作简便、疗效灵验,且不良反应相对轻微,具有显著的临床推广价值。故该文就中医微创疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究作一综述。
Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common degenerative disease in clinical practice,with its incidence significantly increasing in recent years due to changes in human lifestyle and the intensification of an aging society.Minimally invasive traditional Chinese medicine therapy integrates theories from biomechanics,functional anatomy,pain anesthesia,traditional Chinese acupuncture,and needle-knife medicine;it possesses four major mechanisms including meridian unblocking,neural stimulation,soft tissue release,and overall biological regulation,showing good clinical efficacy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Procedures such as needle-knife,hook needle,beizhen(flat needle),and water-needle knife are simple to operate,effective,and have relatively mild side effects,making them highly suitable for clinical promotion and application.Therefore,this article reviews the clinical research on the use of minimally invasive traditional Chinese medicine therapy for treating lumbar disc herniation.
