摘要
目的 :研究阿魏酸钠 (SF)对人脐静脉内皮细胞产生一氧化氮 (NO)的影响。方法 :用NO试剂盒分别测定氧化低密度脂蛋白 (OX LDL)、VitE以及SF对培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞产生NO的影响。结果 :OX LDL对培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞NO有明显的抑制作用 ,并且随着浓度的增加及作用时间的延长 ,抑制作用逐渐增强 ;SF和抗氧化剂VitE可明显减弱OX LDL对内皮细胞NO产生的抑制作用。结论
Aim: To study the effect of sodium ferulate (SF) on the production of nitric oxide (NO) in cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells Methods: Effects of oxidized low density lipoprotein (OX LDL),VitE and SF to the NO level in cultured endothelial cells in human umbilical vein were individually measured by NO kits Results: OX LDL significantly decreased the level of NO in a dose and time dependent manner in cultured endothelial cells; SF and antioxidant vitamin E can significantly decrease the inhibition of OX LDL on the production of NO in cultured endothelial cells Conclusion: SF has the protective effect on cultured endothelial cells producing NO as same as the Vitamin E
