摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定清热解毒胶囊中栀子苷的含量。方法采用TSK-GEL,ODS-100S柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(15∶85)为流动相,流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长:238nm。结果栀子苷的线性范围为0.8～8μg.mL-1,平均回收率为100.23%,RSD为0.73%。结论本法渐变、灵敏、重现性好,适用于清热解毒胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To develop HPLC methods for determination of the content of main intergradient geniposide in Qingre Jiedu Capsule, METHODS Geniposide was separated on 0DS-100S column （4. 6mm × 150mm, 5μm） and the flow rate were 1. 0mL.min^-1. In the determination of geniposide, acetonitrile-water （ 15：85 ） was used as mobile phase at the detect wavelength 238nm. RESULTS The linear ranges was 0. 8 -8μg. mL^-1 for geniposide. The mean recoveries was 100. 23% with the corresponding RSD 0. 73% for geniposide. CONCLUSION The method is simple, sensitive, and reproducible.
