摘要
论文在概述新西兰公共图书馆绩效评估的基础上,从评估主体、评估方法、评估指标和评估过程与结果四个方面详细论述了卡尔弗特-丘伦指标体系法、神秘购物法在新西兰公共图书馆的应用,最后介绍了新西兰公共图书馆服务质量调查评估,以期全面地了解新西兰绩效评估的概况。
On the basis of performance evaluation in New Zealand＇s public libraries, this paper discusses in detail Calvert-Cullen index system and mystery shopping evaluation practice in New Zealand from the four areas： the evaluation＇s main body, assessment methods, assessment indicators and the evaluation＇s process and results. In the end it introduces the survey of library service quality assessment with a view to a comprehensive understanding of the profile of New Zealand＇s performance evaluation.
