摘要
论文通过对图书馆服务危机的定义和表现的分析,追究其服务危机产生的根源,将图书馆服务危机置身于数字时代的背景下,总结并重新审视其新的特点,给出数字环境下图书馆服务危机管理策略。
Through the analyzing on the definition and performances of library service crisis management, this paper investigates the rootstock, concludes and reviews library service crisis management under the new digital age, and finally offers the measures for library service crisis management.
