摘要
图书馆的要义不仅仅是收藏,更主要的是以文献公益于社会;公开性、公益性、公平性是图书馆的本质属性。与之息息相关的问题是:图书馆应该为社会全体成员提供高水平的、全面的、平等的和个性化的服务。由此,本文从经济资源、制度资源、文化资源三方面入手,试就当今国内图书馆服务质量作一些粗浅分析。
The essential point of the library is not only to collect, but also to beneficial to society with the cultural heritage. Public, public welfare and equity is the essence of the library. The related problem is that the library should provide the characteristic and humanized service of high level, overall and equal for all social members. From here, this text tries to make some superficial analysis on the reasons for bad service quantity of Chinese library realm nowadays from economic resources, institutional resources and cultural resources.
