摘要
论文以CNKI为主要参考数据库,并结合维普数据库,研究了2001—2011年国内数字参考咨询服务模式,从论文发表时间、论文被引用情况、期刊分布、基金支持情况等几个方面进行了定量分析。通过关键词统计出近十年来我国数字参考咨询服务模式研究集中在基础理论、服务方式、合作式参考服务模式等主题领域。
This paper gives quantitative analysis on the domestic digital reference service models in the 2001-2011 based on the CN- KI and VIP database, analyzes the papers＇ publishing date, the papers＇ citation, the periodicals＇ distribution, and the supporting fund. By keyword statistics,it concludes that the last decade of digital reference service model focused on the thematic areas of the basic theory, the way of services, cooperative reference service models.
