摘要 为了探索板结构直线超声电机的设计方法,提出一种新型板结构直线超声电机。该电机的定子为4个兰杰文振子构成的扇形结构,有利于提高空间的利用效率和增加电机的能量密度。兰杰文振子有明确的纵振节点,这有利于电机的夹持。提出了电机定子结构形式,分析其运动机理,并研制了样机。实验结果表明,该电机运行平稳,最大推力为15.3N,运行速度为1.2m/s,推重比为5.4。 In order to research the design method of the board-structure linear ultrasonic motor(LUM),a new LUM is proposed.The stator of this kind of motor is a fan-shaped structure consisting of 4 Langevin oscillators,of which structure is highly compact and the energy density is large.Langevin oscillator has obvious longitudinal vibration node,in which the clamping of the motor can be designed.Firstly the structure of stator is proposed.And then the movement mechanism is analyzed.Finally the prototype is developed.The experiments show that this motor runs steadily,the maximum thrust is 15.3 N,the speed is 1.2 m/s and the thrust to weight ratio is 5.4.
