摘要
结合某工程总承包(EPC)项目实例,探讨在以赢得值原理为支撑的费用控制理论基础上,通过设定费用控制基准和建立费用控制程序,采取相应的费用控制方法和措施,以达到减少费用风险、增加利润及提高费用管理水平之目的。
Taking the example of general contracting (EPC) of a project, expense control theory is supported by the earned value concept, the relevant expense control methods and measures are adopted by confirming baseline of expense control and establishing expense control program, in order that the objective of reducing expense risk, increasing the profit and improve the level of expense management will be reached.
