EPC项目的费用控制是在项目设计、采购、施工阶段制定控制目标,并且对费用的发生进行全过程的监控,对偏离目标的原因进行分析,及时采取纠正措施,确保项目费用控制在批准的限额以内。
The cost control in EPC is to stipulate the cost objective in the stages of design, procurement and construction as well as to monitor the costs in whole procedures. The causes of deviation from the objective should be analyzed, and then, adjustment measures are carried out in time. In this way, the cast of the project can be ensured within the approved limit.
