摘要
对目前含砷难处理金精矿两段焙烧工业生产流程中的焙砂及烟尘进行了提金试验研究。研究表明,焙砂及烟尘中含有未分解的黄铁矿颗粒、分解不完全的FeS相以及未分解完全的磁黄铁矿的存在是影响氰化浸出率及氰化物的消耗的主要原因。对焙砂进行氰化浸出,渣金品位为4.28 g/t,金浸出率为89.15%,当焙砂再焙烧-细磨-氰化浸出时,再焙烧焙砂金的氰化浸出达到92.61%,渣中金品位2.92g/t。
The gold extraction tests were conducted on calcine produced from refractory arsenic-bearing gold concentratioins by using two-stage roasting process in industrial production.The results indicate that in the calcine and smoke dust,some pyrite grains which didn't decompose,and the FeS phase and pyrrhotite which didn't decomposed fully were present,this is the primary cause to affect cyanide leaching rate and consumption of cyanide.The cyanide leaching was conducted on calcine,with gold grade in residues of 4.28 g/t and gold leaching rate of 89.15%;when the calcine was roasted once again,and then the fine grinding and cyanide leaching were conducted on it,the gold cyanide leaching rate achieves 92.61%,and gold grade in residues achieves 2.92 g/t.
