摘要
考虑处于供应链下游的两零售商:网上零售商(网上店)与实体零售商(实体店),当网络零售商缺货时,由拥有较多库存的实体零售商将产品配送给网络零售商。通过一个数学模型探讨该模式背后的机理。研究表明:转运模式下,两零售商的最优库存水平存在,且随转运价格的升高而同时升高;当转运价格适中时,网络零售商的库存水平低于无转运的库存水平,实体零售商的库存水平高于无转运的库存水平,网络零售商和实体零售商均能有所获益;在实体零售商主导下,两部定价机制能使两零售商实现"双赢"。
In this paper, we present a mathematical model to study the transshipment between two types of retailers in downstream supply chain, one is the online store, and the other is the physical store with the larger inventory. When the online store has stock-out, the physical store, if it has surplus stock, willtransship the products to the online retailer. The main findings are as follows: the equilibrium inventory levels exist and both will increase in the transshipping price. When the transshipping price is moderate,the inventory level of online store is lower than its counterpart without transshipment, while the inventory level of physical store is higher than its counterpart without transshipment. Moreover, transshipment willbenefit the two retailers but they can't reach channel coordination. When the physical store has the leadership, the two-part tariff contract can coordinate the two parties and realize "win-win".
