摘要 目的探讨调强适形放疗(IMRT)联合同期化疗治疗颈段食管癌的远期疗效及毒副反应。方法回顾性分析40例首程治疗为IMRT联合同期化疗的颈段食管癌患者的临床资料。放疗均采用IMRT,化疗方案为紫杉醇+顺铂(TP方案)或5-氟尿嘧啶+顺铂(PF方案),治疗后观察生存率及毒副反应。结果 1、2、3 a生存率分别为82.5%、60.0%、42.5%。急性毒副反应可耐受,远期毒副反应不明显。结论 IMRT联合同期化疗治疗颈段食管癌具有较好的远期疗效,毒副反应患者可耐受。 Objective To observe the long-term efficacy and toxicities of intensity modulated radiotherapy (IM- RT) combined with concurrent chemotherapy for cervical esophageal carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 40 initial patients with cervical esophageal carcinoma treated with IMRT combined with concurrent chemotherapy were analyzed retrospectively. The radiotherapy regimen was IMRT,the chemotherapy regimen was paclitaxel plus cispla- tin (TP regimen) or 5-fluorouracil + cisplatin (PF regimen). The survival rates and toxicities were evaluated after treatment. Results The 1-,2-,3-year survival rate was 82.5%, 60.0% ,42.5 %, respectively. The acute toxicities were tolerated,the long-term toxicities were not obvious. Conclusion IMRT combined with concurrent chemothera- py has the good long-term efficacy for cervical esophageal carcinoma, and the toxicities can be tolerated.
