摘要
目的:探讨银杏达莫联合脂必泰胶囊对小鼠心肌缺血模型的保护作用。方法:建立小鼠心肌缺血模型,将随机分模型组、银杏达莫组以及联合组,每组10只,另选取10只正常小鼠作为对照组。对照组和模型组给予尾部静脉注射生理盐水。银杏达莫组给予银杏达莫尾部静脉注射,联合组在银杏达莫组的基础上再给予脂必泰。观察并比较各组用药后小鼠血清中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血清肌酐酸(CK)、丙二醛(MDA)以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)并记录心电图ST段。结果:银杏达莫组及联合组可明显抑制小鼠心电图ST段抬高,可显著抑制小鼠血清LDH和CK的增加,降低MDA含量,明显升高SOD活性及NOS活性,同时减轻异丙肾上腺素诱导的心肌病理损伤。结论:银杏达莫联合脂必泰对小鼠心肌损伤具有保护作用,其机制可能与增加NOS、SOD活性、抑制MDA含量和血清LDH、CK活性增加有关。
Objective: To study the cardioprotective effects of the peptides from the velvet antler of Ginkgo bilobate extract and Zhibitai on acute ischemic myocardial injury in rats. Method: The ischemia model was made by using subcutaneous of isoproterenol in mice. And it was will randomly divided into three groups. 10 normal mices were select as control group. The control group and the model group were given intravenous saline. The Ginkgo bilobate extract group was given Ginkgo bilobate extract of mo tail vein injection, the joint group were given Zhibitai on the basis of Ginkgo bilobate extract group. The ischemic size, ST elevation , serum levels of creatine kinase(CK) ,lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), nitric oxide synthetase (NOS), superoxide dismutase (SOD), maondialdehyde (MDA), and levels of SOD, MDA in myocardial tissue were measured. Result: The Ginkgo bilobate extract group and joint group also inhibited Iso-induced mice of ST segment of ECG, and significantly reduced the increases of LDH and CK activity in mice serum , remarkably the content of MDA, SOD activity and NOS activity, and also significantly ameliorated myocardial ischemic injury. Conclusion: VAP exerts significant cardioprotective effects against acute ischemic myocardial injury in mice. The mechanism may be related to the increase in activity of NOS and SOD,the reduction of MAD content , LDH and CK activation.
