摘要
新学科的创立是人类探索、改造客观世界的努力在特定领域取得突破和进展的标志。以学术类刊物为代表的科技期刊对新学科的创立具有重要的作用,这些作用主要是:提出科学问题;提供发表、交流园地;储存学科信息;导引研究方向;培养、积集学科队伍;推动普及应用。
The establishment of a new discipline is marked by the breakthrough and progress in a specifiic field through human efforts in exploration and reform of objective world. It is importnat in the establishment of new disciplines that the scholarly journals function as media for raising questions in scientific research, publishing papers,storage of information, directing scientific research, training scientists, disseminating scientific knowledge, etc.
