摘要
研究了三种不同材质的球铁 (QT 6 0 0 3、QT 70 0 2、QT 74 0 3)的珠光体含量、石墨球化分级、球墨数和疲劳性能之间的关系。指出疲劳裂纹在珠光体中可以按照部分共析渗碳体片断裂模式扩展 ,此时的裂纹扩展阻力较大。
This article studies the relation between fatigue properties and pearlite content, nodularity level and nodular count. It points out that the fatigue crack propagates in pearlite layers according to the fatigue crack propagation mechanism. The resistance of fatigue propagation is high.
