含镍QT400-18L低温断裂方式的分析 被引量:1

摘要 示波冲击试验可以记录试样在断裂过程中载荷与冲击吸收功的完整信息,反映试样在承受冲击过程时载荷与时间的变化规律.使用示波冲击试验机测试了含镍QT400-18L试样低温环境下的冲击韧性,记录不同含镍量的球铁试样-40℃低温下的裂纹形成功与裂纹扩展功以及冲击载荷与时间的波形图.研究结果表明,不同含镍量QT400-18L试样发生不同形式的断裂,其中,镍的质量分数为0.70%的试样发生弹性变形的过程最长,弹性变形所需能量的消耗最大,断裂方式为韧性、脆性的混合型断裂,因此其低温冲击韧性最大,αkv可达到20.87 J/cm2. The complete information of load and impact absorbing energy during the process of fracture was recorded by instrumented Charpy impact test,which can also reflect the changing law of impact load and time.The measurement of low temperature impact toughness of QT400-18L were carried out with instrumented Charpy impact test.Crack forming energy,crack extension energy and waveform graph of impact load and time were obtained by instrumented Charpy impact test at-40℃.The results show that various fracture modes are obtained with different additions of Nickel in samples of QT400-18L.When 0.7 % of Ni in mass fraction was added to the sample,the time and energy consumption of elastic deformation process achieved the maximum,which is ductile/brittle mixed fracture mode.At-40℃,the low temperature impact toughness of QT400 18L with 0.70 % of Ni in mass fraction can achieve 20.867J/cm2.
